• Rates are per room per night
• Deadline to book: 15 April 2018
• City tax not included: € 2.25+ 10% VAT per person per night (Direct payment at the hotel)

Additional nights pre or post event rates will apply as follows:

• Harmony/Sphere Bedroom room (1 adult): 290.00 euros + 10% VAT, breakfast included.
• Harmony/Sphere Bedroom room (2 adults): 330.00 euros + 10% VAT, breakfast included.

• Rates are per room per night
• City tax not included: € 2.25+ 10% VAT per person per night (Direct payment at the hotel)

Conditions:

• Cancellations between 25/04/2018 and 17/05/2018 will incur a 1 night accommodation charge.
• Cancellations on or after 18/05/2018 will incur  100% cancellation charges.
• No Shows will be charged for the whole stay.
